Spring Slide Show

I'm swamped with work plus I have company.

Will try to pop in here tomorrow but in the meantime, have a look at my spring slide show of North Florida blossoms taken this weekend.

beautiful flowers--a comfort to me when here in NC where it has been sleeting and raining all afternoon. i want to come to your house!

While I love the flowers and the tender green leaves, I am not ready for the hot weather yet. Once it starts, it seems to go on forever and ever. We got up to 79 degrees today but it is supposed to be back in the 30's both nights this weekend. Suits me fine! You send me cool and I will send you warmth!

Have a balmy week, Jackie. Thanks for dropping by!

Sanne, I think wisteria must be like hydrangias -- perhaps they change color acccording to the acidity of the soil. Sometimes they are really purple, other times in other yards, they are more blue. Whatever color they are, I love them and always try to prune after mine bloom so I get more blooms but usually, it gets too warm too quickly and wisteria likes coolish (at least by Florida standards!) weather.

Hope you are done with snow for this year. At least the days are gettiing longer. It is nice having more daylight than night.

Email me when you have time. :))
