Spring Slide Show

I'm swamped with work plus I have company.

Will try to pop in here tomorrow but in the meantime, have a look at my spring slide show of North Florida blossoms taken this weekend.

I wish spring would last forever!

Beatiful flowers! Especially the Wisteria or "blue rain" as it is called in Denmark. I want one too. In Denmark we still have frost and snow, but I can smell Spring now and ask me if I long for it!!!
I will write you a decent (the length) mail very soon, lots have happened and I'm happy again.

lots of frosty e-hugs

While I love the flowers and the tender green leaves, I am not ready for the hot weather yet. Once it starts, it seems to go on forever and ever. We got up to 79 degrees today but it is supposed to be back in the 30's both nights this weekend. Suits me fine! You send me cool and I will send you warmth!

Have a balmy week, Jackie. Thanks for dropping by!

Sanne, I think wisteria must be like hydrangias -- perhaps they change color acccording to the acidity of the soil. Sometimes they are really purple, other times in other yards, they are more blue. Whatever color they are, I love them and always try to prune after mine bloom so I get more blooms but usually, it gets too warm too quickly and wisteria likes coolish (at least by Florida standards!) weather.

Hope you are done with snow for this year. At least the days are gettiing longer. It is nice having more daylight than night.

Email me when you have time. :))
