I like buying fresh produce at the Farmer's Market and the flea markets as well as at roadside stands. This week, there were tons of inexpensive fruit, corn, pepper varieties, assorted green veggies, herbs and plenty of tropical things like mangos, papayas and more. Since I like to cook with fresh ingredients, we'll be having plenty of dishes with peppers and fruit this week. In the next entry for today, I'll tell you how to make chimichangas.
